Calls from Globe Landline IDD to SingTel-Kababayan SIM are charged only Php0.17 per second or around Php10 per minute.

for globe Landline, dial 10707+(Country Code)+(SingTel Kababayan Mobile No.)
for Globe Landline Prepaid, dial 12898+10707+(Country Code)+(SingTel Kababayan Mobile No.)

Not bad, as long as you have a Globe Landline.
