The Economic Policy Reform and Advocacy office has a primer on managing finances entitled: “Pagpapahalaga sa Perang Kinita: A Pinoy Guide for Managing Finances“.

The primer describes the principles of spending for the right things, the importance of savings, setting family goals and moves on to other topics like education plans, health insurance and investments.

The primer discusses the principles with examples. It provides websites and other references if the reader wants to get more details. The primer also provides some worksheets to compute some finances such as consumption expenses, family budget, Insurance protection goals etc.
