The accused from LBC led by Araneta POSTED BAIL last week for FAILURE TO REMIT to TPG, payments and remittance made by planholders of TPG, a preneed company that is under corporate rehabilitation. Critical to note that one of the accused is the president of LBC Bank. It is interesting that the newspapers are silent about this. I cant believe that the uk government had ignored the complaints of these people whom i would assume, are now british citizens themselves.The Ubando's are residents of Brgy Bonuan,Dagupan city,Pangasinan,Philippines.Adan and Lalaine used to have a sari sari store there before they went to United Kingdom via working with British National in Hongkong as domestic helpers. They own a couple of Fish Farms in Bonuan and neighboring places, parcels of land which are documented in Dagupan City's assessors office if you'd like to make inquiries.The investigation done by NBI is half baked, as even if these people are in hiding, they have the power to acquire this information i am telling you now, cease their properties and let them resurface to reclaim it then NBI would be able to hold them under their custody. You could even ask the help of Mayor Alipio Fernandez,he would be very happy enough to help you in this christmas season and for the forthcoming election season....Good luck Adan and Lalaine...
