Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is not that great, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That's right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. <a href="http://wordpress-seoplugin.info" rel="nofollow">WordPress Seo Plugin</a>

It's always interesting to read blogs like this. I wonder if the problem is still existing. In either case, an excellent written article.

Samj certainly has a problem of sorts with the Ubando's. It is known as the truth. Samj states that he was told at Christmas the Ubando's lost their property - Samj may therefore be interested to know that Land Registry confirmed on Feb 18th this year the property in Orpington High St is still registered in the Ubando's name. The following quotes are from Samj -
"Actually, according to the Ubandos friend in the shop," - "She told me that a lot of info on the web is not reliable because I saw the Ubando’s and yes indeed they loss there property also.
They are now staying with there friend in Orpington" - "Talk to there bookeeper, just around orpington. She is the one who knows the story"
Balita Pinoy, ABS-CBN, the BBC, ITN as well as the Daily Mirror have all attempted to interview the Ubando's.
The following email was sent to Mrs Ubando in June of 2009 - it is self explanatory:

Dear Mrs Ubando

We note with interest your complaints to ABS-CBN about a video and photographs taken of the shop. A reporter from Balita Pinoy
- www.balitapinoy.net - did accompany Mr Alcantara on a visit to the shop to attempt to interview you or your husband.

I shall deconstruct your complaints below, and repeat the original requests for an interview over the demise of AJ Global/FEER?FEES. You may contact us in the UK on 07864 114486. Our reporter did leave contact numbers with the help behind the counter on that visit, but to date, no contact has been made by you or you representative/s.

Your complaints to ABS-CBN are highlighted in blue (here in brackets)

[Last Sunday 29th of March AM, Mr Gene Alcantara took video of the shops inside and outside without asking permission, it was too late when the cashier has realised that he is taking video] - This is untrue, the counter assistant did ask what the filming was for, Mr Alcantara responded and at no time did the assistant request filming be stopped. He did speak to Balita Pinoy's reporter in answer to questions. We still have the original recording with the soundtrack. Filming went on for some 10 (ten) minutes, plenty of time for a request to stop filming to be made.

[This person has no credibility to say that. he doesnt have any proof. In fact I have spoken to official receiver and was confirmed by email that what ever reported in balitang pinoy, the official receiver did not release that report.] What has been reported in Balita Pinoy is either in the public domain, or has been obtained through credible sources. The Official Receiver is correct, they did not release the report(s) to Balita Pinoy as we are not a creditor of AJ Global, we received copies from your victims, other information was gleaned at the public hearing in the High Court in London when AJ Global was wound up, at which neither you nor your husband attended.

[Secondly, ASIAN MINI MART has nothing to do with AJ Global its entirely separate company. the company has wind up.i have been updating ABS CBN, our consul and authority. Can they just leave us alone and let the official receiver finish their investigation.] This matter is in the public interest as hundreds of Pinoys have lost money, in some cases many thousands of pounds, because of your actions. The public, especially the Filipino public in the UK, have a right to be told the facts in this matter. Trying to be shielded by "finish their investigation" is tantamount to an admission that this was not just a business failure.

You have not told the truth in this squalid matter, and attempting to hide on the one hand, and make spurious complaints to another news organization about footage and reporting which Balita Pinoy has done on the other, is laughable in the extreme. You have our UK phone number, we will gladly talk to you. You may also speak to us in the Philippines if you are no longer in the UK.

Balita Pinoy has no connection with ABS-CBN. We are two entirely separate news organizations. Up until now, Balita Pinoy and the BBC are the only ones to have reported on this matter and we have shown footage of the filming that was conducted at the shop in Orpington. We understand that ABS-BN have been attempting to interview you as well to no avail. This is as they are required by their rules to get your side of the story; we operate in a similar manner, however, as you have refused to be interviewed on the matter of the missing money and the complaints of your many victims, we went ahead and published in the public interest. The BBC followed the same path as they attempted to interview you for their "You and Yours" program and you refused to talk to their reporter who also went to your shop, they went ahead and broadcast, having attempted to get your side of the story by putting questions to you.

We repeat the original request, that is for you to be able to put your side of the matter and for us to interview you. You may be interviewed in the UK, in which case phone 07864 114486 or in Manila, if so e-mail us: citydesk@balitapinoy.net or just respond to this e-mail.

Regards

Ester Sison for Balita Pinoy

A visit to AJ Global's shop in Orpington's High St, May 2009. Lalaine Ubando wasn't there, the help in the shop claimed management has changed but did not have a phone number for the new management. The shop is well stocked and trading normally

Although technically we hold copyright on the footage, Balita Pinoy has also placed the edited version on our account at YouTube which anyone may use, distribute or copy without reference to us. The URL to that video is:

it's pretty obvious that samj's comment here belongs to the MUTUAL ADMIRATION AKA SYMPATHY CLUB for the UBANDOS!!!!
Please lang, don't make any assumptions that some complaints here are FALSE and made by some bogus Remittance company just for us to avail of the service!! Once fooled & corrupted by the UBANDOS, i don't think 2nd Foolishness on our part would be ideal!!! So consider what I, and the rest of the pinoys feels na naloko ng mga Ubandos!!! lucky for those walk-in who made remittances directly to them!!! how very charming they have these peoples sympathy for them!!
Do you think we would go all this further to take this to the Phils.court, if the severity, wrath and the indignation caused by these couples were unbiased and unprejudiced on their part???...
do your research properly, this is not the first time the UBANDOs especially Lalaine, try to manipulate the system, once called a "LIAR" by a British High Court Judge ( JUdge Richards ) regarding I- REMIT court case against the UBANDOS!! kaya nga nagpalit sila ng name from Far East Express to AJ GLOBAL ( that is not even allowed kaya nasilip ulit yon ng I REMIT and filed another case on them, kaya yung shop nila sa ORPINGTON,, yes, that belongs to I REMIT now...!!!) because they were busted!! natalo sila sa kaso because they became GREEDY!!!
We were the ones that made the Ubandos successful!! wala silang naitulong sa amin kasi sila ang nakinabang naman!!
I could care less if they were claiming they are victims themselves neither if they have a lot of other Pinoys defending for them!!! kudos to these kababayans who are supportive of them..they don't know the truth! To hell with the Ubandos!
There are far more better people than them! Furthermore, asked them kung saan nila dinala ang mahigit na 200 thousand pounds na mga remittances ng mga kababayan mo na kinurakot nila??!! when we transfer the money to their account, automatic pasok na sa account nila yon! nasa kanila ang control! wala kay Josephine Alayon! sorry for her sister, damay siya sa ESTAFA CASE namin!
These is no hope to claim our money back, but the legal case we have against them is for the principles of seeking justice at matuto sila na
they are such an embarassment to our Race!
So tell your friend be very careful making business with them! why, do they still remit?lucky for her nga kung nakaaabot sa family niya ang padala niya...
Tanungin mo rin ang bookeeper nila kung anong ginawa ng mag-asawa sa mga perang nawala? either, half is used to pay I REMIT ( mautak na magnanakaw pa sila! )and the rest for their safe keeping until their golden age!

We have to be very careful, some of the complainant are pretending only they are remittance company who wants to get the attention of the complainant, to use there service. Actually, according to the Ubandos friend in the shop, they do not have fish farm, its false news. they have been a victim also, they have loss there shops in Orpington and property to pay off there debts, to help AJ unfortunately, its not enough.

There are a lot of false news. When I visited orpington last December as I attend the Xmas party. She told me that a lot of info on the web is not reliable because I saw the Ubando's and yes indeed they loss there property also.
They are now staying with there friend in Orpington.

Jane ( my friend) has mentioned that all walk in clients has no problem with there remittance. Most of the remittance through bank was automatically deducted for bank charges.Talk to there bookeeper, just around orpington. She is the one who knows the story.

Anyway,in orpington a lot of filipino defend them, I heard the forum, there all comments this people are nice and also the victims, Nagtiwala lang daw sila at tumulong but in return naloko rin.
