I’ve tried this SSS online inquiry system before and it did give me accurate information. It’s very easy to use. It asks for just three pieces of information (SSS number, surname and birthdate) and the user will immediately be able to access the following information:
- Actual Premiums
- Benefit Claims
- Employment History
- Flexi-Fund
- Loan Status
- Member Details
- Sickness Claims
- SSS Id Clearance
- ELIGIBILITY
- DDR-Funeral
- Loans
- Sickness/Maternity
- Checklist of Documents
The ease of accessing the information is a double-edged sword. On one side, it makes it easy for SSS members to find information about their SSS account. On the other hand, it is also easy for anybody to just access another person’s account.
This is a security concern. I wouldn’t want just anybody looking into how much I’ve contributed to SSS. I’d like to have that kind of information kept private.
In any case, the system is available for any SSS member to use. Keep you SSS number private, don’t go announcing to the world your SSS number.

As an aside, I observed in Singapore that there are some services that enable OFWs to send their SSS contributions via over the counter transactions (ultimately, a remittance that goes to SSS). On another note, SM Business centers also offer SSS account inquiries.

i just want to share my experience with everyone. i just gave birth last june. until now i havent received my maternity benefits from sss yet, my company could not download a copy of my sss contributions, the web is always down. i tried going to sss branches but they couldnt give me a copy as well. kase raw they dont allow printing of contributions . tama ba un? i always check sss website but its always unavailable..

sorry for the comment.. we need to inquire for the contribution we have paid, but we cannot process our needed data hopefully next time when i visit your site it would be reliable and easy to access.. maybe this is a new one system but its not good, the older website system is better than this one even those not fast but we can get our needed data not like this new one…..hopefully you can do this more reliable because sense it is a new one..the one of million members who would like to inquire but they cannot access..

Good day po, ako po’y kumakatok sa inyo na sana po matulungan nyo ko na mabayaran na ng above stated company yong SSS contribution ko, employed po ako for the period of Dec 1997 - Feb 2005, pero di po nila nahulugan SSS ko starting year 2000-(Jan-Sep), 2001 (may-dec) & year 2002 - 2005, until I get tender my irrevocable resignation from that said company. Despite na kaltas sila ng kaltas & one thing pa is yong loan ko, la man lang nabawas na payments. Ano po kaya ang magandang gawin dito at sana po magawan nyo ng nararapat na aksyon, at paki-inform na rin yong nirereklamo kong company na kelangan na nilang mabayaran yong mga premiums ko. I kept on follow-up thru Ms. Ma. Rowena Castillo-Clemente pero di po sila sumasagot. Feeling ko binabalewala lang nila. I guess its my rights na habulin ko rin yun dahil para rin yon for my children. i wanted to see my sss contribution as well as my father’s contribution too but i was dismayed with the new system… instead of letting us know our contribution more faster they let us go through and through many process.. before you can only browse the site then the specified dialogue box where in you will input your sss number Birthdate and surname immediately you may see the result of your contribution… but now they let you register… but how can i register successfully i was ask to provide an OR for the past paid six monthd prior to the current date the fact that my father is done already with his 20yrs contribution more than a yr ago and the system didnt accept the OR…. and how about me i stop my work for a yr how could i provide an employer….. your system suck… youre making us sick…
