It lets OFWs vacationing in the Philippines apply for their Overseas Employment Certificates or OECs online through http://www.citizenservices.com.ph/poea and have them delivered at their doorstep.

This means OFWs can spend more time with their loved ones instead of going to the POEA office and going through the long lines! One will need a valid passport and some requirements depending on which country you will be returning to.
