I applied for SM gloibal pinoy card here in SM Davao. As per advertisement it said free but I paid 150 php per card and applied for two, one for me and for my beneficiary. I also did not receive the perks booklet. Is this normal or is something missing? Please enlightmen on this. Thanks
Hi Nats, SM Global Pinoy card was free when it was launched. But by now, it is for a fee like other advantage cards, you should have applied before when you saw the ad… The perks booklet should have been given to you already however i’m not sure what’s the arrangement in provinces like Davao. You can always visit GP Center, they’ll be glad to assist you.
Hi SM Coordinator. Glad to have you answering questions here.
Please continue to do so. Thanks!

Thanks and more power.
good day! i actually applied my global pinoy card here at sm marilao and since i also work at the same mall, i do regularly visit your branch here.i have just noticed that some of your staff is not doing their job. they dont greet, not approachable, and some what making ” parinig” maybe because i together with my co-workers always go there. there also come a time that we hear them singing while on duty and doing unordinary things out of their work.as a global pinoy member, i think they should focus on their customers. they are not actually fair, they do assist those people that they know and making as an “alien”.alien in which before we enter the room until we out, as if they did not see anything.
Greetings!
SM Global Pinoy is a place for OFW members as well as for the relatives of our OFW’s. Expected to be a good quality and prompt service. But I’ve noticed several times of your Global Pinoy attendant or should I say Customer service attendant in SM Mall of Asia. Most of them were very unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. They even frown when being ask for their services as if they don’t want being ask and as if they are the tired clients one . They are not friendly and impolite, every time I go and visit them I see no friendly smile. How terrible, they always show us discourteous manner, how disappointed I was. My 12yo daughter even noticed them. They are representing SM Global Pinoy not themselves!
Hope to hear from you guys and please take an immediate action.
Sincerely,
Your SM Global Pinoy Client.
