ako po si aileen joseph pinasu ,august 25,1976 ako po ay ofw dito sa uae gusto ko lang pong malaman kung ang card ko ay aktibo pa bago po ako umalis ng pinas may kaltas po ako sa kompanyang pinapasukan ko at may posibilidad po bang magamit ito ng aking mga kapamilya lalo na po ang nanay ko na senior citizen na ngayon .kung sakali naman po na itoy kailangan kong hulugan paanu ko po ito mahuhulugan dito sa ibang bansa paki padala na din po ang aking CARD NUMBER sa aking email add:ajpinasu@yahoo.com

gusto ko pong malaman kong ano po yong no. ko kasi yong isa ko pong binayaran ko sa agency noon naiwan ko po lahat doon sa libya sa giyera doon at after 3 months naka-abroad na ulit ako at pinagbayad na naman ng bagong philhealth 1 year yun diba bat after six months pinagbayad pa ako.theanks and GOD bless

i worked at kfh al baha, k.s.a. from 1992 till 15jan.2012………now i was hospitalized and i wanted to reemibursed my expenses at ST. LUKES HOSPITAL FOR 3 DAYS. I have never used this Phil. Health Card since i worked as ofw. WHAT ARE TO BE PRESENTED FOR REIMBURSEMENT…..MANY THANKS.GOD BLESS.

Covered po ba ng PHILHEALTH ang CT SCAN? kailangan po kc ng father ko na ma CT SCAN na mild stroke po kc xa..ngayon lang po nya magagamit ang PHILHEALTH nya,ang kaso lang po hnd po 2loy 2 un paghulog nea kc po guwardiya xa pg may work lng po xa dun bnbwasan for phlhealth..ang last remittance po nya ay nung july 2011-jan 2012 dhl un po ang last work nea at nw march 27 po xa na mild stroke..alm0st 20 yrz.nrn xa s pg guwardya.

I’m Tomas Sanoy Velasco with pin #03-025137224-8. My Philhealth ID was issued by the Philhealth personel who conducted a registration in our barangay. I would like to know if I was still considered “Individually paying” or I was now considered as sponsored member? And how much should I have to contirbute now.
