I was at Robinson’s Pala-Pala, Cavite, last week when a sign caught my attention: “OFW Pamilya Center”.
When I visited the Center, I was pleased to see how Robinson’s has taken action towards providing grouped services for OFW families. The center includes a remittance desk (Western Union), courier service (JRS Express), an Internet shop, Foreign Exchange window and some real estate desks for investments in real estate properties.

There were a couple of other stalls that were yet to be filled up. I imagine business opportunities like franchise orientations to be put up in these stalls. There were also a couple of flyers showing a couple of seminars on various small business opportunities in partnership with government agencies.
I inquired and a lady at the center shared that almost all Robinson’s Malls already have this OFW Pamilya Center.
