Here are some tips in using the SSS Facebook Page:
1.) Filter the wall to display. Choose: “Philippine Social Security Service” posts instead of “Everyone (Most Recent)”.
By filtering to only SSS posts, you’ll be able to get the SSS announcements.
Because if you choose “Everyone”, there’ll be too much information/inquiries from other members.

2.) SSS Page owners are on the wall from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday . Best to interact with them during this time.
3.) To keep confidentiality, DO NOT post on the wall information such as: SSS number and other personal details . Instead you can directly email to the page owners or administrators.
4.) READ before you ask. There are thousands of members posting questions.
5.) Smile. Be respectful.
Some suggestions for the SSS Facebook page owners:
a.) Setup the wall so that it displays the admin posts on the landing page.
b.) Upload your FAQs. Refer to it often so that people know where to look.
c.) Post instructional videos / slideshows so that they’re more accessible from the main page.
d.) Develop the online community so that fellow-members can help answer the simple repetitive questions.
