Just today, I installed my Plug n’ Talk unit and It went perfectly fine. And then I need to go out of the house to take care of some things , so I shut down my pc. Then when I came back and I switched on my pc, the Plug n’ Talk don’t open anymore. It says ” Unexpected error has encountered. The application is now closed. Please contact technical support”. I’ve been trying to open it for several times but still the same error pops out. I am here in Norway so I can not call the customer support. I hope you can help me on this matter.

format the drive..unlug it..it will re download the files again…copy everthing to a folder as a backup..

I just purchased the product and was trying here at the phils since i wanted to know and be familiarize with the program. Sadly i got error “startup error 4-SDK illeagal configuration value. Need some help here..

I just received my new smart plug n talk. I plugged it to my laptop. The application opened and I start adding names to contacts. I clicked the import icon then the microsoft outlook popped. I cancelled microsoft outlook then my plug n talk was closed suddenly. I plugged the USB again. After 2 minutes, a message came out “startup error SDK ileagal configuration vaue”. My plug n talk is no longer funtioning. Kindly help me what to do. I’m presently working in saudi arabia.
