Sending Money

  • Go to their website and fill out the questionnaire. You will need to obtain your beneficiary’s account name, account number, bank name and branch, your beneficiary’s telephone/cellphone number and email address.

  • For first time users, after placing your transactions online, fill out the authorization form and submit your authorization letter, together with a copy of your credit/debit card and a government issued ID (for proper identification) to MyAyala.com.
  • If your transaction is placed on a weekend or on a holiday, the money will be received on the next banking day.

If you opt to avail of their door-to-door services, here are the quick instructions

  • You will need the FULL NAME of your primary recipient. In case of primary recipient’s absence, you should also need the name of the secondary recipient. Also, it is imperative that the address you give to the system be complete and accurate. The telephone number and cellphone number of the beneficiary should also be given
  • A flat rate of P350 will be charged if your recipient is living in the following areas

Alabang, Baguio, Batangas, Bulacan, Cainta, Camanava, La Union, Laguna, Lucena , Marikina, Metro Manila, Muntinlupa, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tarlac

  • For first time users, after placing your transactions online, fill out the authorization form and submit your authorization letter, together with a copy of your credit/debit card and a government issued ID (for proper identification) to MyAyala.com.
  • If your transaction is placed on a weekend or on a holiday, the money will be received on the next banking day.

Receiving Money

For bank-to-bank transactions, here is the one-step procedure to receive the money

  • The beneficiary should only go to his bank and withdraw!

For door-to-door recipients, the following guidelines must be followed

  • The primary or secondary recipient will be required to present a valid ID(s) to the courier. The remittance will not be delivered without proper validation of the recipient.
  • The name you have given should match the ID presented by the beneficiary.
  • The money will be delivered within 48 hours upon approval of the transaction.

Good

Using MyAyala.com is a no-brainer because of its simple yet unique interface. Here are other good points of the website and the service itself

Not So Good

But there are downsides as well…

  • MyAyala we can process a maximum cumulative amount of P30,000.00 per customer per week.
  • Only a limited number of banks accept MyAyala’s bank-to-bank remittances
  • No online transaction tracker (as used by other remittance services).
