I am now a subscriber for 8months now and the quality of the service is really good. They just gave a PLDT sim to my mother in Bicol, insert it in a GSM phone and i can call her anywhere in Bicol just like a cellphone but it's limited within the areacode only becuase the SIM number is PLDT landline. Pinoy Tawag didn't give me anything aside from the assigned US number that i will dial to make local calls. No need for internet. They use Smart network and they're licensed PLDT reseller.
