http://www.intl.unlimited.com is a big SCAM and they just keep charging me every month well.. I canceled my credit card already , I’m just hoping I get my money back 2 months worth for $50 a month for totally nothing.. and I cannot find a way to contact this website since their phone nos. are no good as well. If you call only the machines answered it.. Oh gosh I’m just sooo pissed why there’s so many people like that, they’re don’t even act like people at all..

Travis, not only Ian Madrid’s but also this website: http://www.intl.unlimited.com they are perfectly worthless and when I emailed them to cancel my account there’s no respond from them. The phone nos. for the service are all machines. I called my credit card company but they said it is under investigation until I got another charge from these scammers from international unlimited..

Please people just use your regular phone at least you would only pay one bill every month instead of paying the service that is sooo worthless..

And give them your money every month for free wow what a good deal isn’t it? Easy ,free money every month wow!!!!!

I’m not sure what some of these other companies are like ,but I have had much experience with voipinoy.com and sun cellular. Wow oh wow! What a unreliable service it is .If you like to sit on hold indefinitly, waiting to connect( most of the time for hours trying and trying) If you like to not have simple questions answered, and then to be hung up on or told silly lies. If you like to talk to young women sitting in front of a computer with no idea what they are doing and irritate you to the point that you just want to scream? If you never want to talk to a manager or someone who even cares a little bit about any concern or complaint that you may have? If so , then this service is great.
If you actually want to be able to communicate with the person who you want to call ,then I would never reccomend these guys to any one. Their customer service is terrible at best. They give you good service for the free trial and then the party begins after you give them your money.Worst company by far that I have EVER dealt with! There is not even a close second ,other than their sister company Ian moreno. Same lies ,just no operators. Atrocious, terrible , bad , waste of money and a waste of your time. You will still be buying phone cards to talk to your loved ones ,and you will be paying Ian Madrid’s voipinoy staff to irritate you for $50 a month. What a bargain!

this is not a reliable service at all. the landline package is ok at best. Terrible customer service
